The Cotswolds are more than storybook villages and cozy English pubs. From countryside hikes and beautiful spas to incredible food and luxury hotels, this corner of England can be as active or as slow as you want it to be. Here’s why the Cotswolds are at the top of my list and how I’d work them into a larger England itinerary.
