A Reintroduction to Go With Gray Travel
I thought this was the perfect time for a reintroduction of Go With Gray Travel. The past year has brought so much change, and I’ve grown so much both personally and as a luxury travel advisor. I’ve planned incredible trips for dear clients in nearly every corner of the world, met so many people through work I now call friends, grown our own family, and most recently, expanded our team (hello, Adam!)!
So I figured for those who are new or the ones who may have noticed a change or two, this feels like the right time to give an overview of my business and who’s behind the scenes.
Whether you’re planning your honeymoon, celebrating a milestone anniversary, taking your first trip as a new family, or finally checking that bucket-list destination off your list, my goal will always remain the same: to make your getaway feel effortless from the moment you dream it up until you return home.
Where We Started
Like most great adventures, Go With Gray Travel began with a trip. While planning my own honeymoon, I quickly realized that creating an unforgettable vacation involved far more than simply booking flights and hotels. The destinations were exciting, but the research, logistics, and endless decisions could quickly become overwhelming.
Yet through that season, I discovered just how much I loved the planning. And not even just comparing hotels or mapping out an itinerary, but understanding what would make the trip feel personal and really intentional. Finding the boutique hotel tucked away on a quiet street, choosing the restaurant that we would still talk about years later, building an itinerary with the perfect balance of exploration and downtime.
That experience eventually led me to become a luxury travel advisor and launch Go With Gray Travel. And it was the best decision. Today, we design custom vacations for travelers around the world, helping busy couples, families, and adventure-seekers experience destinations in a way that’s personalized and completely stress-free.
The Team
One of the biggest changes this year is one I’m especially excited to share. Go With Gray Travel has officially become a husband-and-wife team.
My husband Adam recently left his full-time position in logistics to become the Chief Operating Officer at Go With Gray. He brings years of international travel experience and a gift for organization and operations.
A little about Adam - he’s visited more than 25 countries, studied abroad in France, and genuinely loves the tall task of finding hidden spots outside of the typical tourist attractions. He’s so detail-oriented like myself, so, together, we’re able to provide an even more exceptional experience for our clients.
Running this business together has been such a natural extension of how we’ve always traveled ourselves. We each bring different strengths to the table, but we share the same belief that travel has the power to create lifelong memories, deepen, relationships, and introduce you to places that feel like home when you return.
Our Process
At its core, Go With Gray Travel is a luxury travel advisory specializing in custom vacations around the world.
We don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all itinerary because no two travelers are alike.
Some clients really prioritize slow mornings wandering through charming European villages. Others are looking for a sunny Caribbean escape where they don’t have to think about a thing once they arrive. Some are celebrating a honeymoon or anniversary, and others are coordinating a one-in-a-lifetime trip for three generations of family.
Regardless, every itinerary begins with understanding the client.
It’s so important that we know how someone likes to travel, what their priorities are, and what kind of experience they’re hoping to create. From there, we carefully curate recommendations and an itinerary that fit the client’s style.
I started out specializing in honeymoons like my own, but I’ve grown to plan trips of every type. And I really love to plan travel for other young parents. Our little ones deserve to see the world too!
And no where is off limits. Africa, Portugal, Hawaii, Italy, Greece, Germany, Costa Rica. We plan trips for just about every destination you can think of, and I love adding new ones to the list.
